We are looking to welcome a new Account Manager, Brand Partnerships to the team.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively assist in coordinating post-sales duties for assigned projects. Manage various aspects of advertiser campaign planning, launch execution, delivery, optimization, & recap
- Direct communication with clients and/or agencies for post-sale support & coordination
- Work with all internal departments (Production, Partner Management, Marketing, Ad Ops, etc.) on the development & implementation of client campaigns
- Support AM lead on branded content shoots while ensuring positive client experience & proper brand integration
- Monitor campaign performance & implement optimization recommendations
- Develop & oversee campaign timelines & deliverables internally & externally
- Deliver mid-campaign updates, campaign recap, & provide meaningful insights
- Serve as a positive role model with a strong work ethic & vigorously review all work to ensure a high-quality standard
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of digital media experience
- Highly organized with the ability to seamlessly juggle multiple competing projects at once
- Proven ability to provide strategic oversight & guidance in the development of branded video content in collaboration with agencies & brands
- Experience communicating with top tier clients with an ability to think quickly
- Detail oriented
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, Facebook etc.)
- Team player with strong work ethic, keen to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Process-oriented self-starter with excellent leadership & communications skills
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Bachelors Degree
- 2-3 years experience in a similar publisher or media sales account management role or media agency planning/buying/content role
- Being a team player is a must, the team operates like a family - we help each other out, even when it means going above & beyond what's expected
- A strong work ethic, keen to work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment where the only thing constant is change itself
- Highly organized with ability to seamlessly juggle multiple high-priority projects at once
- Strong analytical concepting skills. You have the ability to leverage insights from our proprietary research, case studies, & more, to recap on successfulness of campaigns
- You demonstrate enthusiasm, passion & strong interests in sports, entertainment, advertising, & learning more about Gen Z / Millennials
