TKWW is looking for a Program Manager to support our growing Diversity Equity & Inclusion team. This person will help drive employee connection, engagement, & diversity & inclusion. We are equal parts advisors & doers, & we hold ourselves & employees across the company accountable for driving systemic change. 

We are open to this role being based out of Washington, DC or Austin, TX office locations or fully remote & may be performed anywhere in the United States, except for in the state of Colorado.


  • Review, analyze, & update ERG Program policies & procedures
  • Maintain awareness of DEI best practices & industry standards
  • Work cross-functionally to enhance DEI recruitment process, build toolkits, collateral & track goal progress to ensure impactful results
  • Develop & own key progress indicators for the ERG program overall & work with ERG leaders to create & execute strategies to achieve those goals
  • Partner with Learning & Development & HR Business Partner Team to establish professional development path for ERG leaders & members
  • Establish policies, practices, & procedures for TKWWs ERGs to play an active part in business activities beyond HR; for example, inclusive product & technology, marketing & sales, etc. 


  • Minimum of three (3) years of DEI, HR, or program management experience; with a focus on diversity, equity, & inclusion
  • Experience working with employee resource groups
  • Experience building strong relationships & navigate through cross-functional discussions to successful outcomes
  • Experience applying an equity lens to day to day work
  • Strong program & project management skills; ability to operationalize & scale programs and are able to see the big picture & execute the tactics
  • Experience leading programs from ideation, pilot & experimentation, to execution & evaluation establishing program requirements, using data & metrics to determine interventions
  • Exceptional interpersonal & communication skills (written, visual, & verbal)
  • Must be a creative thinker who is a strong team player (no job is too small or too large) & willing to take on additional responsibilities as necessary
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced ever-changing environment
  • Proficiency with Google Suite tools
