THE POSITION

The Product Vice President is responsible for setting the vision, strategy and roadmap for the Fantasy product vertical and for communicating this across all participants and stakeholders. The role will involve leading a product team and implementing a framework that will optimize our current product roadmap, as well as rapidly developing & launching impactful new products & services to our customers. The Product Vice President will partner with our cross-functional heads of Engineering, Commercial, Marketing, and Operations teams to define the roadmap strategies, product concepts, implementation  delivery plans, and the ultimate execution of all user-interfacing features. This person will instill a customer obsessed mindset across the teams & will use a metric/KPI driven approach to roadmap decisions aided by establishing, tracking & reporting on product performance. 

THE GAME PLAN

  • Design & deliver a Product Roadmap ensuring alignment with the broader company goals
  • Communicate the product vision and priorities across the wider teams and senior stakeholders ensuring the required buy-in across the group
  • Monitor product performance & ensure that the product roadmap delivers measurable & meaningful business and customer impacts with an ability to deliver both strategic & tactical initiatives
  • Collaborate with heads of engineering, design, marketing, & operational functions to ensure successful product resourcing, deliveries & launches
  • Determined focus on operational excellence, with a view towards ensuring the product is continuously improving in terms of reliability, flexibility, & easy-of-use for both staff & customers alike
  • Lead a broad product team with a proven track record in recruiting and leading top talent; maintain & improve the team's knowledge & expertise on the dual fronts of sports gaming & product dev
  • Clear stakeholder management around request processes, project updates, product features & timelines
  • Instill a culture of domain expertise within the team on the product, market, & competitors

THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate  

  • Bachelors degree required 
  • 10+ years experience in Product Management 
  • 3+ years experience managing a product team
  • Proven track record of delivering successful, stable, & innovative products
  • Experience owning roadmaps, product strategy & understanding how to rally teams behind & execute upon a thorough long-term plan
  • Proven leader with ability to manage diverse & broad teams
  • Ability to collaborate with C-level executives & work collaboratively within a wider leadership team
  • Strong quantitative skills
  • Excellent critical thinking skills
  • Exceptional written & verbal communication skills
