About the Role:

As a member of Capsules Expansion Team, you will create & execute the expansion plan in cities throughout the region through a data-driven approach & operational mindset. The ideal candidate for this role should have strong analytical skills, excellent time-management & organizational habits, & the ability to clearly communicate & present information to seek buy-in. Some of the things you'll work on:

  • Building & launching Capsule in other cities across the US
  • Prospecting for potential opportunities within untapped markets & business relationships
  • Building a cohesive end-to-end strategy to launch Capsule into new markets
  • Building scalable tools & dashboards to boost efficiency & effectiveness for regional teams
  • Establishing, cultivating & maintaining relationships with developers, building owners, & property managers across the country
  • Working closely with the executive team to prioritize markets & partners
  • Collaborating with cross-functional team members to expand assigned market & launch new ones
  • Presenting analyses & findings to team leaders & cross functional partners
  • Building, maintaining, & communicating detailed reporting models to assist city-level, regional, & expansion efforts

About you:

  • A passion & excitement for building a start-up from the ground up
  • An entrepreneurial mindset & is a proven self-starter with an owner's mentality
  • Outstanding verbal communication, as well as interpersonal & listening skills
  • The ability to learn quickly, work autonomously, & be effective in a fast-paced & dynamic start-up environment
  • Urgency, motivation, & a self-starter attitude: you are not satisfied until the job is done, & done well
  • Prior experience with a real estate-related role is a plus, as you will be responsible for establishing our physical infrastructure in the city youve been assigned for
  • A willingness & desire to travel

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in a related field is required
  • MBA preferred, but not required
  • Interest in working with fast-growing companies or new business initiatives
