What youll do
DoubleVerify is seeking a highly motivated Revenue Operations Associate based in London to cover our EMEA region reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations in New York City. We are looking for a hands on, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment in a rapidly growing company & market.
Manage the daily upload of invoices from our Sales Force CRM System to our NetSuite Financial System.
Reconcile Salesforce data to NetSuite Invoiced Data.
Deep understanding of the EMEA billing market including government regulations, local customs, market drivers.
Respond to a high volume of daily e-mails & client inquiries for missing monthly invoices, discrepancies etc. (Ability to flag e-mails & follow up for resolution)
Review daily priorities to ensure that scheduled responsibilities are addressed.
Resolve billing discrepancies including working with appropriated DoubleVerify teams, including Sales, Account Management & Accounts Receivable for resolution.
Generate ad-hoc reports for clients & our internal teams to confirm final revenue by customer/advertiser/campaigns etc.
Check Sales Force Dashboards for unbilled invoices that are ready to bill, special clients, & adjustments.
Assist with the client monthly PO process & submission of invoices into our customer portals.
Manage the invoicing of consolidated invoices to select clients
Assist in testing of our system enhancements & validating data when new functionality rolls out.
Who you are
3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced client service environment
EMEA market media experience a must
Strong verbal & written communication skills, 2nd European language would be beneficial
Excellent organizational skills & ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
An understanding of accounting & billing principles
Familiar with multi-currency invoicing
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Knowledge of media billing a plus
Salesforce & NetSuite experience a must
Excellent attention to details
Willing & eager to learn with a positive attitude
Experienced with high volume billing & client accounts
