We are currently looking for a Marketing Partnerships Coordinator to support the media operations for our Partnerships team. This role will sit within the Marketing organization & assist with operations within the Marketing Partnerships team. If you have a passion for sports, are interesting in partnerships, & enjoy working on multiple projects wed love to hear from you

The ideal candidate will know how to multi-task & work across many partners at a given time, project manage internally, & have a strong penchant for learning sports media within a complex & evolving environment.

Everyone on our team has a part to play

  • Assist senior members of the team with creating brief submissions, & successful implementation of partnership campaigns
  • Trafficking marketing assets across key partners
  • Aid in development of original, custom or co-created content activation & distribution across key linear & audio partners
  • Coordinate cross functionally to support the successful implementation of media partnership campaigns, including with creative, growth, product & more
  • Attend meetings with Channel managers & Creative Operations team to document notes & action items
  • Participate in the process of Growth, Legal & Commercial teams on offer criteria & successful integration into media campaign assets
  • Support the Quality Assurance in creative, tracking & attribution across respective channels
  • Support processes around invoicing & partner spend reconciliation
  • Assist the team in budgeting, forecasting & KPI development for respective programs
  • Continuously conduct marketplace research & competitive reporting
  • Active participant in constructing & formatting presentations for internal & external stakeholders
  • Present key partnership updates to internal stakeholders in weekly update meetings
  • Help Facilitate ad-hoc requests as needed
  • Take intelligent risks, innovate & be creative to evolve partnerships


What were looking for in our next teammate

  • Minimum 1 year of marketing experience preferred, experience in performance marketing at either an agency or on the operator side a plus. Media planning or media buying experience a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree with strong academic record preferred
  • Comfortable managing concurrent projects in an ever-evolving, fast-paced landscape
  • Analytically driven & eager to understand broader marketing principals & how data is used for decision making to drive performance
  • Knowledge of the marketing landscape
  • Understanding of marketing testing & reporting methodology
  • Written & verbal communication skills
  • Ability to interface with a wide range of internal teams & ability to build strong relationships internally & externally
  • Excel skills required with advanced excel skills preferred
  • Attention to detail, organizational & project management skills, & the ability to multi-task & prioritize
  • Knowledge or understanding of the business & culture of sports & gaming preferred
  • Experience working across multiple businesses within a larger corporate structure is preferred
