The Product Support Representative (PSR) is the voice of Pluralsight & constantly evolving with our product & service. This person will love to learn & communicate their knowledge to our customers & rest of the team. This person will communicate across broad audiences of technology professionals to admin with no technology experience. You will learn & utilize skills in technical writing, troubleshooting, & website monitoring.
A PSR must love a challenge & in return will learn as much as they can retain. Our support team is very team-oriented with a lot of interaction with people within our department & outside of it. While we are a team that embrace challenges, but we value each person's individuality.

Experience you'll need:
Minimum 2-year experience in a support role (or related role)
Higher-education strongly preferred
Technology-oriented, familiar with basic technology
