As a member of our Payer Services, Client Success team, the Account Coordinator will serve as a main point of contact & trusted resource for inter-departmental project coordination & execution. This role is both client-facing & internal support to the Client Success Team. The Account Coordinator will work collaboratively on a team to manage end-to-end pharmacy benefit services for our small to mid-size clients. This role will also partner with Marketing to develop & coordinate prospective client-facing materials & activities, such as deck development, talking points & prep materials, & proposal completion.
In addition, this role will conduct meeting agenda & meeting minutes for Account Managers' client & internal meetings, build & maintain standard operating procedures, collect internal Client Success team reporting, & track all deliverables. The Account Coordinator will work closely with our Account Managers to help keep both the Client Success and Sales teams well-informed & prepared to serve our clients.
