First Interview: 30 minute - Interview with our recruitment team. Here, we'll get to know you, your background, & interest in Wealthsimple.

Second Interview: 1 hour - Interview with the Hiring Manager where we'll work together on a case study. We'll be looking for product design & strategy skills, & system design thinking.

Last Stage: Offer!

Wealthsimple has several product teams such as platform, core, growth, & data where our teams build & manage the software that powers our services. We do this using microservice architecture & an agile approach, focused on short iterations & rigorous automated testing, deploying our code over 100 times a day. We maximize our productivity by building high-performing teams & giving them autonomy to deliver results, working very closely with engineering, design, & operations/cx to make sure that our work delivers maximum benefit for our clients.
