We are looking for an Insights Analyst to provide internal stakeholders & clients with insights on our audience, content & branded content campaigns. Using 1st & 3rd party data as well as custom research, he/she will help growing revenue & staying abreast of reader interests. Successful candidates will have deep analytical capabilities & a collaborative working style. This role will be part of the global Audience Development team & work closely with brand partnerships & our in-house content Studio Highsnobiety+.


  • Gain a robust understanding of who Highsnobiety readers are & how they connect to our clients' businesses through a variety of data sources & custom research
  • Synthesize 1st & 3rd party data as well as custom research results to deliver relevant insights to key internal & external stakeholders
  • Build pre & post-sales workflows to support campaign proposals & client reporting through audience data
  • Implement & analyze brand lift studies to evaluate the effectiveness of Highsnobiety campaigns in line with intended KPIs
  • Support in custom research initiatives including study & survey design, study execution, & report/analysis
  • Utilize social listening to monitor social conversation around Highsnobiety's content, brand & campaigns


  • 2+ years of experience in digital publishing/media and/or agency
  • Strong analytical capabilities with attention to detail
  • Strong experience in using 1st/3rd party data to synthesize relevant audience insights
  • Skilled in distinguishing valuable insights from general research findings
  • Ability to handle high volume of insights requests in a collected manner
  • Effective written & oral communication, both internally & client-facing
  • Additional experience in the quantitative/qualitative research is a distinct advantage, though not essential
  • Passion for Highsnobiety content a major plus
