We are looking for an entrepreneurial product manager to be a core member of our New York team & help us build the best product possible.
As an Asana Product Manager, youll play an integral role in building out Asanas vision for revolutionizing the ways teams work together & enabling teams around the world to accomplish more. Youll be responsible for the product from strategy to execution, working with designers, engineers, the founders, customer support, sales, marketing, & other Product Managers. As a key member of our New York office, you will be one of the core people empowered & responsible for the team's overall success.
What youll achieve
The Product Management team works cross-functionally to help achieve Asana's vision. You will be responsible for our product from strategy to execution, & contribute to a great product alongside designers, engineers, founders, user operations team, sales team, marketing team, & other PMs. You will drive more than just the work: from process improvements to influencing our product roadmap, youll take part in every step of developmentand continue tracking your work even after launch.
- 5+ years experience building software products from inception through public launch
- Deep intuition & passion for product
- Entrepreneurial in spirit with experience in start up environments
- Ability to translate broad vision into decisive action
- Strong customer focus & empathy
- Excellent communication, including the ability to converse at a technical level
- Strong data, metrics, & analysis skills
- Experience working on modern enterprise software
