Warby Parker is on the lookout for a seasoned User Experience (UX) Researcher to join our E-commerce team. In this role, youll collaborate with product managers, designers, analysts, & other researchers to share insights & create actionable steps that shape the future of Warby Parkers user experience on our website & mobile apps. Reporting to the Director of Consumer Insights & Research, youll use various research methods to design & execute studies that help stakeholders better understand the motivations & behaviors of Warby Parkers customers.  What youll do:

  • Work closely with the E-commerce & Experience Design teams to proactively identify research topics & customer pain points
  • Design & execute end-to-end custom primary research using a wide variety of methods, including usability tests, surveys, interviews, & diary studies
  • Influence the e-commerce roadmap & UX designs through a robust understanding of Warby Parkers customer experience & effective partnership
  • Collaborate with other researchers on the Consumer Insights & Research team to share learnings & best practices

 Who you are:

  • Backed by 4+ years of UX research experience & a solid understanding of quantitative & qualitative research methods
  • A dexterous multitasker who can prioritize several projects without losing focus
  • A supportive & influential business partner whos able to design research for a variety of problems & translate insights into strategic recommendations
  • A clear & impactful communicator (both in writing & in person)
  • An optimistic & highly organized self-starter with excellent prioritization skills
  • A natural collaborator who is excited to work cross-functionally & share knowledge about your subject matter
  • Not on the Office of Inspector Generals List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)

Extra credit:

  • Experience with e-commerce or healthcare UX research
  • Knowledgeable about customer journey mapping
