SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE...

As a Content Developer Intern within the Pure Performance, Education & Knowledge (PEAK) Team, you will partner with various teams & roles within the organization to help design & develop training content. You will be responsible for creating content for a variety of foundational training modules (web-based & instructor-led) & relevant job aides. You will gain exposure & experience to the Customer Experience organizations larger role-based program design efforts.

The Pure PEAK Team is part of the Customer Experience organization comprised of Technical Services & Professional Services. The company is growing so rapidly that we need to design foundational training programs that are robust & scalable. We are specifically responsible for the learning & development & knowledge management for customers, employees, & partners.

WHAT YOULL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...

  • Currently pursuing a relevant Bachelor's or advanced degree with an expected graduation date in or after December 2020
  • Able to work full-time for 12 weeks during Summer 2020
  • Great interpersonal skills, proactive approach, & a positive attitude
  • Effective communication skills, not afraid to get in front folks no matter the type of position
  • Good organizational & time-management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving & troubleshooting skills
  • Must be able to work with team members & work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously & deliver on deadline
  • Ability to work with people from all roles & levels to drive results
  • Willingness to learn, get feedback, & seek continuous improvement - must have a thick skin!
  • Must be willing & able to work in an open office, team environment
