Tinuiti is looking for an ambitious, innovative, & experienced Senior Manager, SEO to transform our Search Engine Optimization. As a Senior Manager, SEO you will play an integral role in improving our SEO producing & managing several large-scale engagements simultaneously. The Senior Manager will own, produce & manage all tasks for several large scale SEO engagements. When assigned as the primary Point of Contact for these clients, the Senior Manager will be responsible for the workflow & overall SEO Strategy for these high value accounts & be able to draw from the SEO team for assistance in order to deliver on these clients needs. The Senior Manage will also have direct reports who he/she will be responsible for career development & mentorship. Lastly, the Senior Manage will be responsible for creating & presenting sales analysis for new business on a regular basis & participating & leading on-site sales meetings for the SEO team.

Essential Functions:

Maintain relationships with SEO clients & work with Specialists & Strategists to provide insights, support & strategic guidance for client retention & growth.
Coach & Mentor direct reports to develop their skills as it relates to both account management & client services.
Support the SEO VP on key process & procedure implementation.
Become key team leader & resource on all things SEO, contribute to whitepapers & POVs.
Grow current client revenue, retain client revenue & meet KPIs across accounts.
Ensure deliverables from you & your account team are being met on time for clients. Ensuring your deliverables to Managers & Directors are being completed.
Proactively look for the next opportunity for client success/growth. Effectively analyze campaign issues & work to formulate actionable solutions based off findings with little reliance on manager.
Communicate to Manager any campaign issues or recommendations while also effectively communicating SEO engagement goals, tactics & outcomes to clients. Communicate to those supporting accounts to ensure accuracy, education & growth occurring amongst team. Effectively works & communicates with other divisions.
Research, Maintain & Implement an Understanding of Industry Best Practices/Trends while educating team members who work closely with you on the accounts.
Clearly assigns responsibility for tasks & decisions; sets clear objectives & measures; monitors process, progress, & results; designs feedback loops into work.
Uses their technical & tactical knowledge toolbox to develop & implement robust & scalable SEO strategies based on clients goals. Accurately & effectively communicates strategic vision, timeline & KPIs to client. Ensures strategy is implemented as outlined & adapts strategy as needed to achieve desired performance
Ensure core best practices are being implemented within the account both during Audits & ongoing engagements.
Lead sales discussions, SOW creation, RFP responses, redline review, contract signatures, & MSA changes
Proactively listening & participating in cross-division planning & strategies for all assigned clients.

Requirements:

  • Manage 3-5 direct reports
  • 6+ years of Agency SEO experience required

Experience with SEO for large websites consisting in excess of 1 million pages
Experience with multi-site management & SEO tactics & strategies
Advanced experience using Spider Tools, Header Inspection, Keyword Research & Server Monitoring Tools
Experience with international SEO optimization
Strong data analysis experience (Omniture / Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics Premium
Basic HTML & CSS competency
Basic JavaScript competency
Certification in at least one enterprise level CMS such as DemandWare or Magento

Preferred Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in marketing, communications or digital preferred
