We are in search of an experienced & thoughtful Senior Content Manager to help craft a seamless customer experience through the strategic creation & use of content across the full customer journey. The right candidate will have the ability to dissect customer feedback to identify gaps in communication & then easily pivot to creating content to deliver a more consistent customer experience that builds confidence in the Vroom brand. The Senior Manager will partner closely with all customer-facing roles in sales, operations & customer service to align on content needs, as well as with the brand team to ensure content supports Vroom's value proposition & is in line with Vroom's brand voice. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing an impeccable customer experience by also owning quality assurance for all existing content & communications.
