FanDuel Group is looking for a Senior Associate of VIP Events to support the VIP hospitality & event offering.

As the Senior Associate of VIP events, you will be managing the portfolio of hospitality assets as well as assisting with the planning & delivery of VIP events. Your role will create opportunities to both reward customers & deliver events which allow account managers to get direct interaction with our most valuable players.  In this position you will have the opportunity to build & shape the events structure for VIP.  This includes planning, vendor sourcing, execution, & budget management.

Everyone on our team has a part to play

  • Plan & deliver on VIP events with the support of Key Account Managers
  • Conduct research to find best fit venues, entertainment providers & accommodations
  • Provide preliminary costs associated for events to help forecast the execution
  • Work on contract reviews & processing to ensure agreements are kept up to date & issued in a timely manner
  • Responsible for the set up of correct payment processing
  • Run events on the ground to ensure operational efficiency with the support of Key Account Managers
  • Provide detailed accounting of events to allocate spend to customers
  • Create post event summaries with details of areas of success & improvement
  • Be main point of contact for paid team hospitality purchases both adhoc & season long
  • Negotiate with team hospitality to get best fit quotes for suites & tickets
  • Manage & catalogue ticket inventory & gain insight on ticket redemption rates


What were looking for in our next teammate

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in high end event planning preferred
  • Bachelors degree in related field preferred
  • Confident & people focused personality
  • Excellent analytical skills & experience with Excel
  • Strives to meet targets & deadlines
  • Excellent organizational & planning skills
  • Understanding of Marketing processes preferred
  • Willing & able to work non-traditional business hours
  • Travel for this role is expected around 20% of the time
