Datalot is a builder of awesome software that bridges the technology gap between online advertising & telephony. We are currently looking for an experienced, analytically minded & self-driven Account Manager to work in our Downtown Denver office.

In this role, you will play a key part in the management & maintenance of an individual book of business with an emphasis on increasing revenue, building relationships, & leveraging data to identify growth opportunities. What you will be working on

  • The primary point of contact for all accounts in your individual book of business, with an emphasis on building long term relationships & account growth

  • Identify opportunities for account growth & new business within the existing customer base, working closely with the Analytics & Management team

  • Ensure customer retention & prevention of churn across the customer base

  • Understand company products, capabilities, & services to effectively communicate all applicable offerings accordingly to our customers

  • Track various KPI's & performance metrics


What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of experience in an Account Management role, including managing a book of multiple clients

  • Solid experience working with a CRM system, ideally Salesforce

  • Solid MAC & Google Suite/App experience

  • Exceptional time management, organizational & communication skills

  • A sense of ownership & pride in your individual performance & its impact on the company's success

  • Ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline-driven atmosphere

  • A critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills

  • Bonus points: experience working with SQL, Mode, or other analytical software
