Taboola Information Systems is expanding. We are looking for an experienced, process-oriented Finance Implementer who is familiar with NetSuite & Procure to Pay solutions with strong technical skills, to join our Information Systems team. As Finance Application Expert you will be working with the global Finance organization to define, design & maintain the Finance applications landscape. You will be part of the team defining future solutions based on the dynamic & evolving needs of the Finance team. The Finance Application Expert is expected  to be the resident expert for all Taboolas Finance applications with a solid hands-on approach & sound execution records.

 We are particularly looking for a person with background in development, or strong technical skills, who can & wants to grow their technical skils.

What are some of the things you do on a day-to-day basis?

        Become proficient with Taboolas global ecosystem of Finance applications.

        Compile & manage requirements, processes analysis & solutions implementation.

        Lead Information Systems projects in the Finance ecosystem & bring them to the finish line within the planned timelines.

        Build & maintain strong relationships with the Finance stakeholders.

        Support internal customers at all Taboolas sites around the world.

        Maintain a detailed understanding of Taboolas core Information Systems infrastructure & support ongoing connectivity efforts between Information Systems, Finance, & related departments.

        Work on complex technical projects, assume  the role of processes designer & apply development & analytical skills as needed.

What are the skills a good Finance applications expert needs to have?

   3+ years of experience as an application implementer of Finance ERP, preferred in global companies. NetSuite experience is an advantage.
   Wide understanding of Finance business processes & systems, for topics such as Procure to Pay, Collection, Accounting & FP&A.
   Expert ability to translate business requirements to technical design, good analytical skills.
   Strong technical orientation, hands on development experience a big advantage.
   Ability to communicate effectively with developers & end-users across different cultures.
   Creative thinking & cognitive flexibility
   Excellent interpersonal skills, team player.
   Excellent English - Written & verbal.
   Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering/ Information Systems - an advantage
