What you'll own:
Responsibility for the Americas Talent Acquisition Team & hiring plan
The strategy to ensure hiring targets are achieved & exceeded
Diversity recruiting plans to help enrich Pluralsights team environment
Partnerships across all the lines of business
Creating proactive experiences that are so life changing everyone wants to tell their friends about Pluralsight
Reporting & insights to create transparency & awareness to all hiring activities
Experience you'll need:
Proven success developing team members, partnering with senior leaders, leading change initiatives
Strategy development & execution, including interview best practice training for hiring managers, workforce planning, & innovative process/project management
Demonstrated understanding of multifaceted talent attraction methodologies
Full cycle recruiting, talent attraction, sourcing, recruiting, talent selection & onboarding
Knowledge of global & local laws & regulations related to recruiting & hiring experience
