Job Responsibility

  • Manage projects & general administrative tasks for the GBU US team -- e.g., accounts receivable, Procurement, contract follow-up, & team support.
  • Adjust schedules & targets on the project as needed, or help plan the finance of project changes.
  • Provide statistical reports on a weekly & monthly basis upon request.
  • Ensure records are well maintained in compliance with the Companys practices & policies as well as prescribed documentation.
  • Support logistics for HR-related projects, employee onboarding/offboarding, etc.
  • Organize quarterly & annual team parties, off-site events, & team building, from scratched ideas to completion.
  • Communicate & collect feedback with every team regularly & accomplish it with corresponding plans & actions.
  • Support department employees for other complex issues or assignments.
  • Work under the general supervision of the manager & company policy.
  • Self-starter who can make decisions & actions with minimal guidance.

Heres what wed like to see in you:

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS)
  • Experience in department support, & budget/financial management.
  • Junior Project Management skills as below
    • Experience collaborating with internal & external partners, across multiple departments of finance, HR, Ops, & Baidu headquarters corporate office.
    • Excellent organizational, verbal, multi-tasking, & written communication skills.
    • Detail-oriented & customer service-driven.
    • Ability to stay energetic in a fast-paced working environment.
    • Strong desire to learn & acquire new skills.
    • Flexibility on working schedule.

Salary Range: $30 - $32 per hour
