The Talent Acquisition Programs & Operations team supports our goal of Creating the Best Place to Work for the Worlds Top Talent.  We do this by supporting the global Recruiting Delivery Teams through project & program management, strategic talent pipeline programs, functional team training & enablement, interview & selection training & process/compliance/operations functions. Our mission is to provide scalable, Members First experiences for recruitment team members, candidates, hiring managers, interviewers & HR team members. We improve the efficiency of the recruiting process to deliver the right talent, in the right place, at the right time, continuously.

Were looking for a TA Operations Specialist to join our growing team!  This person will play an integral part in building global recruiting operations & will be involved in end-to-end process documentation, system administration, reporting & KPI management.  If youre obsessed with operational excellence, wed love to hear from you!


  • Create & deliver a suite of recurring reports & metrics
  • Support the creation & execution of quarterly business reviews to capture current performance by using KPI's & SLA's
  • Produce & maintain operational documents including process workflows, standard operating procedures & work instructions
  • Participate in system administration including data updates & quality maintenance
  • Responsible for job requisition management
  • Work with stakeholders on delivering pre-employment background checks
  • Work with TA Programs to build clear & concise training & support tools for users across the entire business
  • Contribute to other related recruiting projects & initiatives


  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in recruiting and/or people operations
  • Superb organizational skills with the ability to prioritize & manage time effectively
  • Advanced knowledge of excel & ATS systems (Greenhouse preferred)
  • Strong data & KPI orientation
  • Experience producing reports using multiple data sources
  • Experience designing & documenting process maps & operating procedures
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
  • Exceptional customer service delivery
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced, high growth environment
