As a Client Platform Engineer at Peloton, you'll be a part of the core team that keeps client infrastructure redundant, scalable, & secure. The position will entail being responsible for the Enterprise client services in use at Peloton & helping to craft the backend systems that will depend on as the company continues to grow. You should be comfortable seeing a project through from start to end; including identify areas for improvement, researching the best way to tackle the problem, being able to describe to others why you chose the approach you did, & then implementing the solution; you are both a thinker & a doer.   • Design, build, document & support ongoing automation in endpoint deployment & management
  • Manage, administer, & scale our endpoint fleet & related infrastructure
  • Support & manage Apple, Windows, Linux operating systems & software
  • Define & manage a full cycle patch & software distribution framework
  • Manage & maintain client configuration & security compliance standards across all endpoints
  • Implement & iterate on deployment solutions across macOS, Windows, & ChromeOS
  • Identify & deploy internal process & automation improvements
  • Work as an escalation point for the global IT support team
  • Write scripts/cookbooks that automate application & settings distribution
  • Manage & maintain client configuration & security compliance standards
  • Implement & iterate solutions across Operating System platforms
  • Work with the security team to drive endpoint security models & best practices across the environment
  • Identify & deploy internal process & automation improvements
  • Work as the escalation point for the global IT Service Desk team
  • Create & maintain detailed & accurate documentation
  • Help grow & mentor the global IT organization


  • 4+ years experience working with endpoint management software
  • Expert experience with administering, deploying, & troubleshooting Apple, Windows, & Linux OS & software
  • Proven expertise packaging applications, managing patch compliance, & software distribution
  • 4+ years of internal & external applications & systems implementation & support (e.g.SSO solutions, gSuite, Slack, Anti-Virus, Dropbox Etc.)
  • 2+ years of combined experience in Windows server, client, & AD administration
  • 3+ years scripting experience (Powershell, bash, python, etc.)
  • Love for automating all things & streamlining business functions
  • Familiarity with business systems VOIP, VPNs, networking technologies, audit & compliance, etc. (strongly preferred)
  • Attention to detail & a security minded approach to solving problems
  • Ability to drive concurrent projects & initiatives while managing operational escalations
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Empathetic & humble with a customer-focused demeanor
  • Comfortable working in hyper-growth environments
