As the Instacart Care Training Coordinator, you will have responsibility for daily LMS Administration & Training implementation activities supporting multiple contact centers around the world. As a key team member you will provide data & recommendations to senior leadership enhancing Instacart Cares ability to exceed learner & corporate needs.


  • Administer day-to-day technical & operational support for the Learning Management System (LMS)
    • Creating all courses in our LMS sending invitations to key courses, tracking attendance & completion
    • Troubleshoot complex problems within LMS
    • Maintains training records & documentation for compliance & certification programs
    • Assign courses in the LMS & manage on-going updates & maintenance
    • Build & maintain training schedules, records, & reports
    • Liaise with vendor & external stakeholders for system maintenance & compliance
    • Leverage data to evaluate Trainer & Instructional Designer performance
  • Administer day-to-day training project implementation process
    • Develop & track training project timelines & keep the team on schedule
    • Collaborate with business partners to ensure timely training development & implementation
    • Assist in training needs assessments.
    • Participate in key stakeholder conversations to understand learning & training needs
    • Develop & administer training prioritization process
  • Administer Training Evaluation & Continuous Improvement process
    • Collaborate with key stakeholders & teams to proactively identify business needs
    • Assist with driving innovation to transform data into actionable ideas & programs
