What We Need

A Publisher Account Manager who will be instrumental in managing, maintaining & expanding direct publisher partnerships across our exchange, data, deals & format product offerings.

Responsibilities 

  • Onboard & expand Publisher partners through header & tag-based implementations including: kickoff & planning, project management of launch (publisher/placement setup; application of minimums, block lists, format restrictions), launch execution in collaboration with publisher & product, post-launch QA (troubleshooting, optimization), reporting 
  • Drive the performance of a large portfolio of top-tier publishers
  • Manage the day-to-day relationship with publishers through regularly scheduled outreach as well as ad hoc communications & robust sales-oriented response to publisher inquiries
  • Proactively evangelize the value proposition that Yieldmos suite of products represents to publisher success across programmatic & direct digital sales
  • Advance adoption of new ad products, applications & optimization opportunities
  • Create & maintain strong & effective relationships with key members of publisher business development, sales, data & operations teams
  • Identify, track & exceed publisher KPIs including revenue, fill, CPM  
  • Training & support of publisher sales & operations teams on Yieldmo proprietary formats & contextual data products

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience at an ad tech firm, media agency or media company
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Business Administration or a related subject a plus
  • Strong analytical & yield management skills
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities 
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills with an aptitude for effective storytelling
