Addepar offers an award-winning product for the wealth management industry & is making a huge swath of private wealth management more transparent & more efficient. We're building a suite of robust, powerful financial applications atop a single platform that unifies hundreds of investment portfolio data sources & reference data providers. The problems we're tackling are complex, globally important & the technical effort involved is massive. Insight of continuing to innovate the industry, we continuously evolve our offerings by developing new products that serve various markets across multiple mediums.

We're looking for an Engineering Lead with a strong drive, excellent communication skills, & team-building ability. In this role, you will work closely with product management, product design, & various engineering teams across the business to facilitate & lead the evolution of our new products. The role is both managerial & technical. You will drive the technical architecture, lead, mentor, manage & grow a team of engineers that build brand new products for the business that continue to lead the evolution of the industry. As an Engineering Lead, you will interface with various engineering teams to fully integrate the products but also be technical enough to write technical design docs & review pull requests. Most of all, we want someone passionate about building a high-functioning, impactful team & innovative software.

Our engineering group includes senior engineers & leads who have worked at companies like Google, LinkedIn, Two Sigma, & DE Shaw, working together to build elegant systems that bring transparency & efficiency to a vast swath of financial services.
