Director, Learning Product
As the Director of Curriculum Design, you will lead our Learning Product department & drive the development of all of our program & course curriculum across both corporate & consumer learning. Working alongside the senior leadership team, your role will be to define the future of digital skills training & workforce transformation.
- Development of BrainStations learning product & educational systems; defining learning objectives, outcomes, lectures & lessons, activities, projects & assessment tools
- Managing external content creators & elite Subject Matter Experts (100+)
- Maintenance & evolution of core learning assets; slides, videos, collateral
- Building new learning products using BrainStations proprietary product development & launch strategy
- Leading a group of Industry Leading SMEs to help oversee our Global Program Advisory Committee
- Working alongside our Customer Experience & Digital Teams to integrate learning product into the physical & digital experiences of our learners
- Operate with BrainStation's mission & values at the forefront of your decisions
Successful candidates will have
- 10+ years of experience
- Deep understanding of pedagogy & educational systems for adult learners
- Background in digital product management of some sort, & therefore understanding of subject matter
- Startup experience and/or growing a team in a fast paced environment
- Masters/PhD in Education or similar
- Ability to use data to provide insight for; pricing, product launches, product placement, product marketing/positioning
