As our primary Zendesk engineer, you'll have the opportunity to partner with our Support Operations organization & enable our agents to provide world-class support to our customers. At Outreach, most day-to-day support operations take place in Zendesk, & this role is responsible for the alignment of our Zendesk configuration to our operational processes. By doing this, we make our agents' work lives more efficient & productive, & they, in turn, are better able to provide high-quality customer support. You'll also partner with Support leaders to report on & analyze platform usage & performance, & suggest improvements to how we work.

The Support Systems team within our Business Systems organization is on a mission to build & maintain operational tooling as Outreach scales. Our goal is to enable operational teams such as Support to work seamlessly from a single platform to provide efficient, high-quality, targeted support to our customers.
