Twilio is looking for an energetic & highly-analytical individual to join our Foundry team with driving marketing initiatives & partnering with our sales force to make our customers wildly successful.
You are pursuing a Bachelors or Masters Degree in Marketing, Economics, or business related field with a desire to eventually work in Marketing, Business Consulting or Sales. You are a self-starter who can understand what needs to be done, ask clarifying questions, & take initiative. You have strong verbal communication, writing, & analytical skills & are curious by nature & are able to think outside the box to come up with effective solutions to big problems.
Twilio Foundry is a business consulting practice developed by Twilio communications & CX experts to help companies identify opportunities, validate designs, & build solutions for communications excellence. We help businesses develop, prove the value of, & implement a strategic point of view on how to engage customers within their category.
As Foundry is a relatively new program, you will assist with creating Foundry-specific frameworks, concepts, & content to design & shape critical conversations with customers in addition to delivering thought-leadership content on industry-specific subjects. You will also work on creating external-facing materials that highlight Foundry services & values we can bring to enterprises & assist with ongoing primary & secondary market research to inform the Foundry team & sales motion all while having fun & building meaningful relationships!
The complexity of customer engagement purchases requires stakeholders from multiple parts of the business to gather business & functional requirements. Enterprises not only need partners that can help them modernize the customer engagement, but they need SMEs that will serve as trusted advisors to help them prioritize projects to reach their strategic initiatives.
