Twilio is looking for a Regional Sales Director to lead our growing East Enterprise Strategic & Named accounts team. The right person for this role is a go-getter, who wants tolead a team of talented & engaged AEs todevelop & identify net new revenue opportunities with enterprise logos & within our major Accounts. You should feel comfortable with selling a platform or SaaS, but if you have experience with Contact Centers, Messaging, Call Tracking & other communication solutions even better! We need someone who is experienced in building fast growing teams, managing all monthly forecasting, & can support fiscal planning & revenue tracking for all major accounts in the region.

You are passionate about your teams success.A great day for you would include collaborating with your team & internal cross-functional teams, to get a major account negotiated with a signed contract. Youjoin your AEs totalk with potential strategic customers, where you spend time learning aboutcustomersneeds, & then through consultation,help your AE builda strategic plan tosupport the customersservice thrive through the use of Twilios communication platform. You enjoy coaching & mentoring your team, guiding their efforts to finding transformative deals which position Twilio as a trusted advisor to our customers.You expertly forecast your team overachieving on their goals, & credibly present your guidance to your VP & COO.
