About Harrys
Harrys started in 2013 with a specific goal: disrupt the shaving industry by creating an innovative, everyday product at a fair price. Since then, Harrys has expanded to Canada & Europe, developed relationships with retailers such as Target & Walmart, expanded our grooming brand into a personal care powerhouse, launched two new brands including Flamingo & Cat Person, & made our first brand acquisition with Lum.
The key to our success? Our amazing people. From chemists, mechanical engineers, CX associates, to creative directors, sourcing managers, & logistics specialists, the Harrys team is composed of some of the most brilliant, diverse, & humble people youll ever meet.
Our brands answer unmet consumer needs, but our company is a place of inclusion & innovation that attracts some of the brightest minds across industries, geographies, & backgrounds. Whether we have a team of 5 or 500, our core values & our startup mentality remain; we value continuous improvement & learning, teamwork & collaboration, creative problem solving, & open & direct dialogue & feedback.
Harrys is operating as a hybrid-first environment - for us, that means that we ask folks to come into our beautiful, 88,000 square foot SoHo office a minimum of 2 days per week, with flexibility to choose exactly which days work best for you. What will you get out of that? Bagels on Wednesdays & lunch on Thursdays, & fully stocked kitchens with snacks, coffee, & drinks everyday. Cant forget the free products & the opportunity to have some meetings without Zoom (remember what 2019 was like?)

The EA role is one that doesnt always neatly fit within the 9-5 day, so were looking for a go-getter whos eager to be flexible & available, even outside traditional working hours. Our ideal candidate is someone who is interested in growing in this role for at least 2 years.
What you will accomplish:
-
Expertly manage day-to-day scheduling, coordination, & meeting logistics, providing best in class support; often with little oversight & making judgements based on known priorities of the business

-
Manage & lead projects & critical initiatives that directly ladder up to team & business priorities
-
Coordinate intuitive travel itineraries for your team trips in the US & abroad

-
You have 1-3 years of professional experience: & you have interest in growing as an EA over the next 2 years with a desire to take on increasingly complex projects across the organization
-
Youre uncommonly detail oriented: You never let anything fall through the cracks. You close every loop, spot every error, & look around corners to make sure every detail is perfect.
-
You possess foresight: If you had a superpower, it would be the ability to see (and plan) around corners. You know theres a problem & you know how to fix it before anyone else. When you finish a task, you ask yourself what else could make the outcome even better - planning for every scenario & leaving no stone unturned.
-
Youre an excellent communicator: You can communicate nuance effectively to anyone, modifying your tone based on whom youre speaking to. Regardless if it's an email, a phone call, or in person, you get things done by clearly & professionally expressing yourself.
-
Youre open to giving & receiving feedback: Feedback is core to Harrys values. You lead with kindness & proactively offer, listen, & have direct dialogue daily to improve yourself, your team, & the company. You also receive feedback with curiosity - seeking to understand other perspectives, & incorporate feedback & input into your work moving forward.
-
Youre resilient: in the face of challenges & obstacles, you remain steady & agile, energized to solve any problem. When you are stuck, you collect yourself, define the problem, & find the right support to help you out. Theres no sticky situation that you cant wiggle your way out of, always coming to the table with solutions.
-
Youre hardworking: You are endlessly reliable, credible, & consistent in your ability to produce the highest quality work, even outside the confines of a 9-5 job when it's vital.
