The Role: QA Engineer Ireland 

Job Location: We have a Dublin Office open to hybrid or remote Ireland based candidates only

This is an exciting opportunity to join our expanding QA Team & support our profitable off-price luxury e-commerce business with three uniquely established brands: Rue La La, Gilt, & Shop PO. 

As a QA Engineer, you will help ensure the quality that our 30M+ customers demand as we launch new, innovative features powered by our storefront & mobile platforms. 

Responsibilities:

• Influence the building of software before its built 
• Test all layers of the codebase with a focus on APIs, database validation & enterprise software using a variety of testing techniques
• Work closely with developers & product managers within a context-driven, agile feature team
• Vet & determine feasibility of new product concepts
• Help to evolve our culture of excellence in software testing
• Find ways to insert quality into all aspects of the business

• Experience testing modern web apps & microservices using tools like Postman, ReadyAPI, etc.
• Experience testing modern mobile apps & websites using tools like Postman, Charles Proxy, etc.
• Pride in ownership of your product & drive to improve its quality
• The ability to speak with the voice of the customer, acting as their representative to your cross-functional team
• Interest in coaching & mentoring peers
• A collaborative spirit working with diverse stakeholders across functions such as Engineering, Enterprise Solutions, Product Management, Merchandising, & Business Intelligence
• Outstanding interpersonal & communication skills to interact with internal & external stakeholders while working in a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to analyze member behavior data
• Familiarity with querying databases
• Fluency in English.
• Nice to have experience in e-commerce 
• Nice to have test automation interest or know-how
