At Quantcast, the Technical Account Specialist team seeks to bridge the commercial needs to product & engineering through solution oriented account level operational support. We work towards technical resolution & analytical recommendations, based on business questions presented by our customers. We handle account challenges while maintaining the highest level of accountability against defined goals to response & resolution while goaled against customer happiness of our interactions with our customer.
As a TAS you execute against operational requests while seeking input & mentorship from team members around custom implementations & unusual asks. Your scope of work is operational, executing the day to day transactional requests through multiple systems & tools. You seek to understand complex workflow relationships & start to seek improvements to workflow through efficiency recommendations. You are able to take a defined request & deliver within SLA, using playbooks & workflow standard methodologies. You execute transactional requests with minimal errors. You learn the business context & product limitations for campaign setup & execution. You work effectively with customers and/or internal partners to clearly understand the request & identify any opportunities/problems arising from misalignment or misunderstanding. You provide accurate & clear status on your efforts to your customers & actively inform them of any changes in your SLAs.
