About the Opportunity
Stella Connect is an innovative, real-time customer feedback & quality management platform that has been designed specifically to drive engagement & performance of customer service teams. We partner with hundreds of the worlds leading brands, from disruptive startups like Warby Parker & Earnin, through to household names like Walmart & Williams-Sonoma, to help them provide exceptional customer service. With Stella Connect, companies get real-time visibility into the quality of their service teams & operations, & the tools they need to drive team member engagement & continuous performance improvements.
Stella Connect is seeking a remote Account Executive to join our team & help maintain & expand existing client relationships & add to our growing roster of clients. As an Account Executive you will cultivate relationships with our most targeted prospects & customers, learn about their biggest challenges, & fit our solution to their needs.
- Acquire new customers & drive Annual Recurring Revenue
- Expand current customers Annual Recurring Revenue with the Client Success Team
- Support the team in building an outbound pipeline of new & expansion opportunities
- Develop relationships with senior leaders at targeted accounts & add value by being a subject matter expert
- Present the Stella Connect solution to executive leadership
- Meet prospects in person when needed (travel 25%)
- Work with internal departments to coordinate resources & drive deals to close
- Negotiate pricing & business terms
- Coordinate schedules to close deals within an expected timeframe
- 2-4 years of proven experience selling enterprise software solutions
- Record of consistently meeting objectives & exceeding targets at top-performing organizations
- Passion for great customer service
- Ability to stay organized in a constantly changing environment
- Bachelor's degree
