Weve recently partnered with Walgreens, & through this partnership have forged a collaboration to offer a transformative primary care experience. Branded Village Medical, these state-of-the-art primary care clinics will provide comprehensive primary care services to meet the full suite of patient needs in their communities & neighborhoods. In addition to neighborhood clinics co-located with Walgreens, Village Medical is also growing rapidly at traditional primary care locations as groups of primary care physicians join the Village Medical Group. 

We are looking for a Recruiter who will focus on strategic outreach & relationship cultivation to join our Talent Acquisition team in support of growing our Village Medical line of business. In this newly created & highly collaborative role, you will help the business scale by executing data-driven marketing strategies in existing & emerging markets to build brand awareness & cultivate relationships with prospective physician talent pools. You will coordinate across several internal teams & stakeholders to expertly introduce & represent our brand, value proposition for providers & opportunities across markets. Youll be integral in building our prospect funnel & partnering seamlessly with in-market Business Development to successfully convert marketing strategies into scalable frameworks that will allow us to meet growth targets, recruit engaged physicians who are committed to our model of care, & ultimately reach more patients. This is a fast-paced role with a high-growth company & a fun & exciting team. You may need to jump in to support other priorities & new initiatives across our Talent Acquisition & Business Development teams at times, so flexibility & a desire to get stuff done is critical to success.

 Some examples of work you will lead in this new role include:

  • Creating robust search strategies that will attract our ideal candidate profiles for high volume & executive searches
  • Developing & implementing scalable project plans & tools that drive brand awareness & targeted interest generation across markets
  • Managing prospecting data in collaboration with the in-market Business Development team to strategically target new prospects based on recent events with competitors (mergers, reductions, etc.)
  • Working across internal teams to develop & strengthen relationships with relevant associations at the national & regional level to distinguish Village Medical as an employer of choice for physicians wanting to transition to a value-based model of care
  • Generating interest through phone & email outreach campaigns extensive experience with cold-calling, appointment setting, & successfully nurturing & transitioning to warm leads
  • Building & maintaining an active network with appropriate vendors, associations, & potential prospects across markets through pro-active market research & on-going relationship management
  • Recommending ideas & strategies related to relationship development & recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes & fine-tuning standard processes with a constant focus on innovation

What you bring to VillageMD:

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing/sales or a lead generation role, or in physician recruiting, preferably in staffing/executive search
  • High-energy with no reluctance to cold-calling, a thick-skin & strong desire to push past initial objections appropriately & professionally
  • Experience managing large sets of data & advising & influencing others through data
  • Excitement & passion for healthcare & being part of a close-knit, entrepreneurial team
  • Extreme flexibility & the desire to be a key contributor to an energetic & passionate talent team
  • A reputation for discretion, integrity, judgement, responsiveness, strong attention to detail & common sense
  • Bachelors degree required
