Position Purpose

Analysts at Landor are thinkers who get things done. In this entry level, they support the strategy team through data gathering & analysis that uncovers insights & supports a point of view for our clients. They apply analytical rigor, critical thinking, & creativity to solve complex brand & marketing issues. Working under the mentorship of senior team members, Analysts create lasting impact by demonstrating strategic thinking, entrepreneurial spirit, & restless intellectual curiosity in their everyday work.

Duties & Responsibilities

Landor Fundamentals

  • Support the creation of thought leadership pieces
  • Create & own initiatives that define & strengthen our culture
  • Become a source of new brand, design, marketing ideas, & trends

People & Team

  • Developing an understanding of team interaction & team member roles
  • Listens to constructive feedback & responds positively
  • Fosters communication & cohesion between internal teams & functions
  • Participates in workshops & other sessions to grow expertise in Experience Maps, Opportunity Mapping, & other tools to identify business opportunities & solve clients business challenges
  • Takes notes & develops minutes to document activity & actions

Client Relationships

  • Assist in executing all aspects of research design, execution, & analysis
  • Structure, analyse, & synthesize primary & secondary research to generate actionable insights
  • Articulate insights & points of view to facilitate the development of client work
  • Work collaboratively with teams to identify client needs & develop recommendations
  • Assist senior team members in developing client presentations & other work products

New Business Development

  • Provides support on New Business opportunities as required.
  • Learning to identify add-on, business development opportunities with existing clients.
  • Assist client leads in preparation of pitches & business development presentations.

Project/Financial Management

  • Manage time to budget

Required Experience

  • Bachelor degree from a top undergraduate program
  • Up to 2 years of experience in branding, consulting, or marketing
  • Extraordinary extracurricular activities that demonstrate passion, creativity, & resourcefulness
  • Passionate about being culturally connected & on the leading edge of brands, marketing, & design
