What are some of the things you will do on a day-to-day basis?

• Responsibility for the monthly billing cycle; ensure that the month end closing is executed timely & accurately.
• Responsible for the accuracy & completeness of the monthly revenue recognition & gross profit.
• Managing large data sets, Ability to generate regular revenue & performance reports, including dashboards & KPI tracking
• Develop & implement policies & procedures to ensure the billing cycle accuracy, Proactively seek opportunities to improve the team performance.
• Reconciling the monthly billing data with NetSuite numbers
• Preparing quarterly reports to the auditors.
• Review & validate the data found in various reports corresponding to the agreements.
• Managing customer contracts, billing schedules, & accounts receivable to ensure accurate revenue recognition
• Working closely with sales, marketing, & finance teams to ensure alignment on revenue targets & reporting accuracy.
• Providing solutions for billing-related issues.
• Perform a monthly analytical review on the Advertisers & Publishers results.
• Leading end-to-end projects with IS & other stakeholders, to enhance the company procedures.

What are the skills a good Billing & Revenue operations needs to have?  

• BA in Economist, Business Administration, Finance or equivalent that demonstrates quantitative & analytical orientation. 
• Detail oriented, responsible & organized.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent Excel skills
• Systems oriented. Experience in Salesforce/NetSuite/Tableau is an advantage.
• Familiar with accounting standards & SOX
• Team player
• Strong Communication Skills
• Excellent English written & verbal
• Experience working with global companies
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
