A Senior Project Manager works closely with Directors & Subject Matter Experts, designers, developers & QA to ensure flawless project execution, efficient resource allocation, project financial sanity & client satisfaction. He/She fosters & grows project management talent & helps to develop processes, documentation, standardization & tools. He/She is interested, invested & passionate about the industry, the clients we serve, & the work produced. 

You will:

  • Act as internal POC for assigned projects, including set-up & running meetings, recording & distributing actions, flagging & communicating risks.
  • Lead small to medium-sized projects with budgets likely under $500K & teams of 10 or fewer, with direction from the Associate Program Director or above.
  • Collaborate to ensure the work stays on brief, client needs & feedback are understood & addressed, & the work delivered is of high quality.
  • Communicate day-to-day with clients on project intake, status, & updates & facilitate conversations for clarity of feedback/setting of expectations.
  • Work through dependencies & decisions required with internal teams & third parties.
  • Identify & act on organic account growth opportunities in partnership with Client Services.
  • Perform analysis & report on project health, attend finance meetings to inform account health (Metrics include Remaining forecast, forecast to completion, burn (actuals) to date, % project progress, % budget utilized)
  • Participate o as a champion of project management fundamentals across all assigned projects, across timelines, action logs, change logs, risk logs, appropriate kick-off, & closure processes o in project retrospective & sunsetting processes to take learnings forward within account group in sharing with & influencing others, cross-disciplinary, & across accounts in global Project Delivery initiatives & brings forward ideas on how to improve processes & build community within the discipline. 

You have:

  • English Proficiency (B2+/C1 reading, writing, & conversation)
  • 5+ years of experience managing various digital project types: site builds, e-commerce, marketing campaigns, microsites, & maintenance.
  • A track record for successfully managing a discipline or large projects.
  • Mastery of Project Management Methodologies, PMI Process Groups, AGILE Development, & Risk Management.
  • Expert experience in project finance, pipeline planning, forecasting, road mapping, & leadership.
  • Resource management within the Solution Delivery team, including balancing priorities, timelines, mix, & casting while understanding & supporting the objectives & motivations of every discipline.
  • Proven ability to successfully manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work on large-scale digital projects.
  • Proven ability to develop & implement processes to ensure high-quality deliverables for the client.
  • Proven acumen, negotiation skills, & proven ability to interact with Senior-level employees.
  • Mastery of office productivity tools such as Excel, Word, MS Project, Smartsheet, Visio, & PowerPoint.
  • Mastery of collaboration & issue-tracking tools such as Box, Jira, & Confluence.
  • PMP designation, SCRUM Master, Six Sigma is a nice to have.
  • Masters degree in management, project management, business, or related field; many obtain master's degree or post-bachelor's certificate & professional credentials or equivalent strong experience as Project Manager in exact areas of expertise required for CM (Digital Agencies projects, Web development project, SCRUM/Agile Software projects) is a nice to have.
