As a Head of Website, directly reporting to our Global Acquisition Director, Gwenn, you will join our Growth team & take ownership of the development of Qonto's websites both in terms of structure & conversion rate for external prospects & internal users/stakeholders.

You will have the opportunity to manage a team of talented Product & Conversion Managers, & partner on a daily basis with Design & Growth Engineering teams.

This role requires proven leadership & expertise in defining a vision strategy & roadmap for corporate websites, in order to drive customer acquisition & ensure technical scalability.

‍‍ As a Head of Website at Qonto, you will:

Coach & manage a team of Website Product Managers & Website Conversion Managers, make the team grow & evolve. Currently 2 PMs & 4 Conversions Managers with a CRO lead;

Own Qonto's Website overall strategy & roadmap (5 prospect websites EN-FR-DE-ES-IT, blog, & other platforms to come): 
• Define key success factors & KPIs (building on what's already in place);
• Build with your leads strategic plans & detailed roadmaps delivering towards company objectives.

Manage cross-functional stakeholders
• Ensure strategy & rationales are understood cross-functionally, report on progress to main stakeholders, gather inputs/feedback & prioritize to guarantee team focus/minimize noise;
• Support the team where/when needed to ensure a smooth delivery of website features/updates, user test researches, ABs & UX analysis;
• Partner with Heads of other functions to ensure resource allocation/project slicing is setting your team up for success.

Create an environment of continuous improvement: 
• Coach & positively challenge the team on rationales, learnings & resulting next steps;
• Monitor impact of initiatives/experiments along with progress & delays on projects with a Lean mindset;
• Develop high-quality standards, solve problems, arbitrate, limit waste & deliver effectively.

About You

Experience: you have at least 8 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner lead in a tech or digital company with a high sense of business, UX, conversion rates;
Team management: you have managed small teams in a cross-functional environment for at least 3 years. You want to help people grow, & know-how to challenge them positively;
Logical thinker: you're able to articulate a clear & logical reasoning, prioritize based on facts & simplify complexity;
Strong Project Management & resource allocation skills: you are well-organized & have a keen attention to detail. You are a master of project management tools (we work with Kanban Views (Notion, Jira, etc.) using a Lean system);
Analytics: You understand & care about business metrics, & have constant ideas on how to improve them;
Leadership skills: you have exceptional interpersonal & communication skills. You can inspire & motivate your team & stakeholders;
Languages: you speak English fluently - French, Italian, German or Spanish is a plus;
Academic Background: you hold a Masters in Business/Engineering or equivalent;
Tools: working knowledge of Analytics, AB testing & CMS tools.
