Were looking for a Growth Marketing Manager for our Sportsbook team that will drive new customer acquisition & activation strategy across our products to drive company growth. This is an energizing role with the opportunity to make a material impact on the business outcome for FanDuel Group.

Everyone on our team has a part to play

  • Responsible for performance of all acquisition & activation strategies for FanDuel Sportsbook
  • Ensure we continue to dominate our existing markets as well as help pave the way to quickly take leadership positions in new markets as gaming regulations evolve in the US
  • Partner with the media planning to drive efficient acquisition & push the envelope for new areas & opportunities
  • Contribute to building the acquisition budgets & activation plans
  • Conduct experiments & analysis to produce reports & insights
  • Optimize acquisition campaigns by analyzing market trends & testing new targeting segments
  • Continuously seek to improve our conversion funnel performance
  • Opportunity to own growth initiatives & drive material business outcomes
  • Identify, grow, & develop top talent within the Growth Marketing Team
  • Advocate for & be a role model of the Growth Marketing Team to influence wider marketing priorities & product & technology roadmaps

What we're looking for in our next teammate

  • 5+ years of experience in digital or growth marketing with a focus on consumer acquisition preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or Analytical field (or other relevant discipline) preferred
  • Managerial or mentorship experience preferred
  • Proven Growth mindset; Product led, data driven, & highly creative
  • Proficient in a range of tools across the marketing stack (Amplitude, Adjust, GA, Chartio, Optimizely)
  • Results oriented, with the need to be objective & measure performance
  • Metrics driven & continuously seeking improvement of marketing efforts to increase quality & productivity
  • Strong analytical rigor to your decision making
  • Ability & eagerness to effectively balance the big-picture strategic work with execution
  • Customer focused
  • Interest in the Online Gaming Industry preferred
