About the Role
As a People Business Partner (PBP) supporting Field Operations, you have the opportunity to align business objectives with people strategies, in partnership with senior leaders across the field. These initiatives will enable the company's overall business strategy, culture, & values, & will directly contribute to the scaling of an inclusive, results-oriented, & high-performance work environment. With past experience operating in nimble, scaling SaaS Sales and/or Customer Success enterprise software environments, the ideal candidate will recall a history of success leveraging deep knowledge of HR policies & procedures to deploy the relevant executive coaching, manager/team enablement, & OD/OE initiatives to assist in enabling the business to meet mission-critical deliverables.
Within a rapidly growing, late-stage private company, the Field Operations organization functions at the crux of both growth & investment at Confluent. To scale successfully, established talent management practices must enable leaders to not only hire, develop, & retain talent, but maximize engagement.
