THE POSITION:

FanDuel is seeking a Senior Marketing Associate to Quarterback the delivery of best in class launch marketing activity of FanDuel Online Sportsbook as we go live in each new state, making sure all content is set up to stand out from the crowd.

THE GAME PLAN:
Everyone on our team has a part to play

  • Shape the success of each new State launch by driving the go-to-market playbook for sportsbook expansion
  • Support new market launch campaigns across all marketing teams, as well as internal & external stakeholders, taking into account each units functional expertise while ensuring all channels are aligned on the goal & message hierarchy
  • Review marketing regulations & requirements ahead of each state launch
  • Manage the delivery of launch requirements & timelines including creative briefing & deployment of marketing assets
  • Work with all marketing functions to ensure launch strategy is on track
  • Review progress of activities & support by finding gaps & quickly filling as teams move close to launch
  • Aid teams for insights about the regulatory landscape as well as our competition & industry by researching market-specific insights to help guide launch strategies
  • Own the management of market access partner & regulatory relationships in each state, ensuring the FanDuel brand is well represented
  • Help lead all verticals past the new launch phase until a business as usual cadence is created with proper handoff
  • Manage the input & output of marketing requests for new state launches & government affairs

THE STATS:
What we're looking for in our next teammate

  • Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience preferred
  • Project management experience preferred; with willingness to learn & navigate regulated industry preferred
  • Experience running marketing campaigns, timelines & deployment of creative in a robust business
  • Acute attention to detail
  • Comfort managing concurrent projects in an ever-evolving, fast paced landscape
  • Bachelors degree strongly preferred
  • Strong communication & organizational skills
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Asana/Confluence required
