We are hiring an Analyst to join the Investment Product Development & Origination department The team is responsible for new product development, product structuring, manager onboarding & fund lifecycle management.  You will be responsible for supporting the product lifecycle management of various alternative investment vehicles including both private market funds & hedge funds. This includes preparing reports, presentations & fact cards as well as executing processes related to existing funds & support of certain regular meetings & committees.

Due to COVID-19, this role will be remote until further notice. The location of the role will be based in New York City once we reopen. 

Responsibilities

• Create & update new product approval forms, disseminate associated materials & recording minutes.
• Prepare fund marketing materials with appropriate information
• Regularly input & update fund governance details
• Prepare & coordinate of materials related to new fund approvals & ongoing fund management decisions
• Coordinate internal compliance review & approvals
• Document & conduct upkeep of various governance systems related to ongoing fund management
• Assist in various fund launch activities

Candidate Profile

• Bachelors degree
• 1+ year of experience preferably within the Private Equity and/or Hedge Fund industry
• Desire to work in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment
• Ability to handle multiple tasks & prioritize assignments
• Expert knowledge in Microsoft Office, such as Excel & PowerPoint  
• Strong communication, analytical, & project management skills
• Comfort with technology & software development process is a plus
