This role will focus on working with existing CarGurus dealer clients. The primary challenge ofDRASwill be to increase customer retention & boost customer performance. Additionally,DRAS'will be charged with consulting with our dealer clients on all facets of the car industry to help grow their businesses.
DRASis an account manager in a sales training role. EachDRASmanages a book of ~$85,000 MRR. DRAS I reps manage newly sold small independent accounts & work to reduce churn by building trust through person to person relationships with our clients, educating them on our products, & helping them sell more cars. Their commission is based on Net Dollar Retention.
CarGurus Dealership customer base has various feedback & questions about CarGurus platform, so candidates will need to wear a customer service hat & be able to listen & respond to dealers & solve their issues in a timely manner. In this role, candidates must also be comfortable conveying issues to the rest of the CarGurus organization. Candidates must bring strong analytic, presentation, & problem solving skills.DRASteam members will have short-term up-sell opportunities & longer-term renewal & sales-based business objectives, so candidates should demonstrate an appetite for selling & continuous on-the-job development.
Who You Are:
- Bachelors Degree
- 1-2 years of closing experience
- Strong sense of customer service
- Good organizational & problem solving abilities
- Strong Internal Motivation
- Industry Experience a Plus
