We work with enterprises, governments & universities from around the world to provide learning opportunities that enrich the careers of their employees & citizens & drive impact within their companies & countries. Over the three years since we launched, the Enterprise business has grown rapidly & now serves 2,500+ enterprises around the world. The University Skills Transformation Consultant is an Individual Contributor role responsible for advising university leaders on skills transformation in Europe, Middle East & Africa (with a primary focus on Europe).
You will work closely with the Enterprise Sales & Customer Success teams to interact with university leadership in order to:
- Understand their learning objectives & strategy
- Advise them on the skills of the future
- Design learning programmes for their students, faculty, & community (demoing our product where relevant)
- Guide them on how to integrate it into their offerings to produce the best outcomes for their learners
You will have access to the full Coursera catalogue to develop expertise in all aspects of a university curriculum (e.g. engineering, business, medicine, law, etc.) & you will be trained to become an expert in the Coursera product.
In addition, you will work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Data Science & Services to support the company's broader strategic initiatives. This will include influencing Coursera's Higher Education go-to-market strategy, providing feedback for future product development / content sourcing & representing Coursera as a speaker at conferences & webinars.
