Help us build the first real-time cross-screen TV analytics platform that brings the power of online analytics to TV data.

We are looking for data-driven Account Managers to join our growing sales team. This position will help lead media planning & reporting in partnership with Sales Executives. You will facilitate management of all aspects of the campaign from the pre-sale cycle through the post-sale cycle providing an end-to-end experience for Samba TVs advertiser, agency, & broadcast partners. The Account Manager is ultimately responsible for orchestrating internal resources to ensure campaign expectations & contractual obligations are met; as well as, acting as customer advocate & liaise between client & Samba TV Sales, Operations, & Data Team.

Responsibilities

  • Strategize in partnership with Sales lead to develop new business & grow existing customer base through proactive communication of new or advanced product offerings, or in response to RFPs
  • Communicate all aspects of campaign components to relevant internal stakeholders
  • Partner closely with Sales Operations team to monitor creative implementation & flawless execution
  • Build customer relationships, acting as day-to-day point of contact during post-sales cycle
  • Strong ability to analyze, track, & report on data for campaign effectiveness
  • Conduct regular scheduled conference calls to communicate contracted deliverables & progress to customers goals & provide optimization recommendations
  • Communicate performance metrics achieved at the end of each campaign
  • Manage client relations process, soup to nuts & heavy influx of questions & requests with accuracy & sense of timeliness
  • Maintain meetings & performance updates by week with sales people

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years account management/media planning experience
  • Detail oriented & highly organized proactive thinker, considering ways to support up-selling/driving incremental spend in all communications with clients
  • Strong verbal & written skills
  • Strong background in data & analytics
  • People driven, engaging clients over the phone where appropriate
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Tenacious & proven ability to execute sales campaigns
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote, Salesforce
  • Knowledge of Nielsen, Rentrak, & TNS a plus
