Our roster has an opening with your name on it

FanDuel Group is looking for a VIP Accounts Manager & sports enthusiast to join our FoxBet & PokerStars brand teams in our Cherry Hill, NJ office. We are looking to create an industry leading VIP experience, where players do not want to play anywhere else. You will play a key role in helping FOX Bet & PokerStars to grow & monetize the VIP player segment whilst helping drive expansion into new states licensing sports betting & gaming.


Everyone on our team has a part to play

  • Grow & monetize our VIP player segment, by building a sales focused approach to our most valuable sports, casino & poker customers
  • Analyze customer behavior & develop strategies to increase VIP player engagement, ensuring they receive an elite experience
  • Establish personal relationships with our customers by developing a range of communication channels
  • Recommend & execute tailored rewards & promotions for VIP players
  • Plan, manage & host events to deliver outstanding experiences for our VIP players
  • Establish effective relationships, as well as excellent organisational & project implementation skills
  • Develop relationships with other internal partners & team members, while building the processes & toolbox items necessary for continuous improvement
  • Work within sales & is commercially focused & used to hitting targets


What were looking for in our next teammate

  • 3+ years of experience in a commercial sales role
  • A background in VIP management in digital sports betting or gambling preferred but not required
  • Experience & a passion for sports and/or sports betting, casino or poker
  • Ability to converse with customers in their language & provide a grounding to deal with the variety that this job entails
  • Passion for continuous improvement
