Yardley Ip is the General Manager of Trulia Rentals at Zillow Group where she oversees product management & marketing for the rentals business. She is a co-founder of Women in Product, a new nonprofit organization focused on building a strong community of women builders & leaders. A Silicon Valley veteran, Yardley began her career as an Engineer at Apple before changing career paths to focus on product management at companies such as eBay, Yahoo, Dun & Bradstreet, & Trulia. Yardley is passionate about advising founders & mentoring the next generation of leaders. She is is also a contributor to The Huffington Post & a mentor in Sequoias Ascent program.

Ashita Achuthan is CEO/co-founder at Tonga (platform to build mobile apps) & a co-founder at Women In Product, a community of over 5,000 highly-engaged female Product Managers in tech. Ashita is a Product Executive with deep consumer, mobile & marketplaces expertise. She formerly worked as a Product leader at Amazon, eBay, TeleNav, & Joyus. Currently, Ashita advises startups & is passionate about growing the next generation of product leaders. She frequently gives talks & writes about building products with empathy

Maya Choksi Eichler is a Senior Product Manager at Uber. Maya joined Uber in 2012 as the third member of Uber's Product team. During her time at Uber, Maya has worked across multiple product areas from Rider to Uber for Business to Driver. For the last 3 years she has passionately championed the "driver experience", leading the Uber Driver app redesign in 2015 & more recently helping to lead product development for Uber's 180 Days of Change campaign. Prior to Uber, Maya was a management consultant at McKinsey & holds a B.S. in Mathematical & Computational Science from Stanford University.
