Its core to your success in fundraising, recruiting, & even motivating yourself. And defining your vision early can help you avoid some very hard (and costly) lessons later.</P>
<P>This workshop teaches you about how to develop vision, from a former Silicon Valley Venture Capitalist who saw founders getting turned down repeatedly due to their poorly communicated vision. In addition, we will work you through the methodology of how your vision can be developed into a detailed multi-year plan where you can define every single activity you need to work on from tomorrow until the end to achieve your vision. Silicon Valley rejects business plans & the instructor agrees but well have you walk out with a plan to change the world, with a methodology thats been used privately with entrepreneurs with great success.</P>
