Colleen is currently working at Airbnb helping to develop & execute their infrastructure roadmap. Before Airbnb, Colleen worked with several different companies & projects, large & small, & across various industries, learning that the path to developing exciting products & highly productive teams always looks different. When not thinking about continuous improvements, efficiency, creative solutions, & prioritization, Colleen enjoys cooking & eating good food, biking, & traveling (she has lived overseas twice). Colleen also runs a small fair trade business designing & importing jewelry made from seeds sustainably harvested from the rainforests of Ecuador, La Pucara Jewelry Collections.
