He has been a PM for enterprise, consumer & business software, successfully adapting to the unique needs of each role. He has managed teams of 8 product managers, & he is equally comfortable in manager or senior individual contributor roles. He has been issued 4 US patents & awarded Microsoft Leader Lab / High-Potential as a PM. He has mentored many technology professionals looking to transition to Product Management, & is keen to share what he has learnt.</P>
